While our primary goal is to facilitate donations and support underprivileged communities, we understand that some donors may choose to send or sponsor physical goods. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery practices

What We Deliver

We accept and deliver the following types of items:

Clothes (new or in excellent condition)
Educational materials (books, stationery)
Toys and gifts for children
Essential items (blankets, hygiene kits, etc.)
Festive kits for underprivileged families

Shipping Timeline

Donor-sponsored items: Shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Festival-specific deliveries: Shipped 7 days prior to the event to ensure timely delivery.
Bulk donations: May take 5–10 business days depending on location and volume.

Shipping Costs

Within Kolkata: Free of charge (covered by Ceremony Celebration)
Outside Kolkata (India only): A minimal logistics fee may apply
For international donors, we recommend monetary donations for faster local procurement.
